Tropical Beach Poem/Free Verse

Tropical Beach Poem

¨Chirp, chirp” chirped the cicadas.  The ferocious waves rushed to land violently.  I sinked my teeth into the delicious, tropical pineapple.  The white foamy, crest overlapped the ,soft grainy sand as it approached.

I leapt into the rigid emerald water and I felt like I was an icecube.  I jumped back onto land sand grabbed a towel.  I cleaned up all the water and laid down to rest.  I hopped back into my car and drove back to Auckland.
